At The Knob Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware selection. If your new knobs or pulls aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the hardware in its original individual packaging to prevent scratches, ensuring all mounting screws and components are included in the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 3-5 business days.
